In partnership with Repères et Respondi, 1min30, the leading Inbound Marketing agency in France, has conducted a study on the perception of marketing, using R3M Score© to measure a panel’s emotional reaction to a brand, a trend or a concept.

This approach was carried out with 3 targets:

  • the general public
  • financial functions in companies
  • communication, marketing and sales functions in companies

R3m Score© is an innovative approach to measure emotional reactions by combining qualitative and quantitative data. In fact, it is based on only 3 words whose positive or negative meanings are scorned, thus making it possible to measure the emotional activation of the subject.
